Pranayama & Breathwork Workshop Session 1
Session 1 Science of Pranayama & Breathwork Workshop is an introduction to Western and Eastern philosophy of breathing techniques. It contains the clarification of Pranayama and Breathwork global concept, their history, and their perspective of the breathing. We talk about composition of the breath, time and environment for breathwork, journaling of the breathing journey, and how the breath affect our physical and mental health. During this session we observe our natural breath, we practice Sama Vritti Pranayama and Box Breathing Breathwork.
